The AR-15 receiver spur made by S&B products is one solid piece of nylon 6/6. It is resistant to damage from the oils and solvents commonly used with firearms thus providing years of unfailing service.
Fits my radical ar perfect and feels like it belongs there.
Spur is a quality product, but just feels awkward.

Excellent grip. Just transformed my range toy (fixed magazine) to a NY compliant AR with detachable mag.
Thorton stock is unsafe since you can't reach fire control. Boar grip IA just uncomfortable to shoot. Tried them all and they all suck.
The Spur grip is a game changer for those of us that live in the socialist paradise that is new york! If you can shoot a glock G-26, you can shoot this in the same way.

I live in NYS and thankfully there are companies like arspur who help us to get as close as possible to a normal functioning AR-15. Using the spur grip allows me to have a detachable magazine without a crazy NYS approved stock. Kudos to them for looking out for the small guys while big government continues to usurp our rights and freedoms!
I definitely recommend. Extremely easy install on my Smith and Wesson MP 15-22. I've got access to the left side of my rifle now.
Good idea and something that we need in NY.
I, actually, used that on AK-47 with a little mod and adapter for AR grip to AK. Riley Defense uses same combo with little modifications on their RAK-47 NY Compliant. Also I had to weld slant brake on my Zastava . Now I can use removable 10 rounds mags. Two thumbs up!
